These product facilities enable us to operate efficiently in every stages of manufacturing to deliver durable, reliable, attractive and most importantly safe packaging materials to our esteemed customers. Our multilayer extrusion printing machines with top revolve wind-cooling assembling unit enable us to blow plastic film such as Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE). These assembling extrusion machines are also assembled with reel to reel flexo printing unit, enable us to do printing straight away after the plastic film is blown. Our printing technologies also include Rotogravure machines, which enable to press up to 9 colours and are equipped with automatic viscosity controller and in line camera inspection. In house lamination allows us to sustain high quality of the packaging materials, we are capable of solvent based lamination. Our slitting, sealing and bag making assets completes our end-to-end manufacturing process, we can produce, gusseted bags, stand- up pouch, zipper bag, 3 side seal, centre seal bag, punch hole and punch handle hole bag.
